Terms of Service, Intellectual Property & Privacy Policy
Master service agreement, exclusive intellectual property rights, zero-compromise data privacy, and financial commission terms for the elTutors platform owned by eLocalize For Technology.
This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the elTutors platform ("Platform", "We", "Us"), whose exclusive commercial and intellectual property rights are owned by eLocalize For Technology (https://www.elocalize.net), and any tutoring organization, independent instructor, student, or parent subscribing to SaaS annual plans ($75 for companies or $25 for individuals) or accessing interactive virtual classrooms ("Subscriber", "User", "You").
Registering an account, scheduling a lesson, making a tuition payment via PayPal or InstaPay, or entering the virtual classroom constitutes explicit, irrevocable acceptance of all provisions in this document.
Proprietary Trademarks & Source Code
The brand identity elTutors, system domains, Clean Architecture source codes, virtual SFU classroom orchestrators, and UI designs crafted by ewebbers studio are the exclusive registered intellectual property of eLocalize For Technology (https://www.elocalize.net).
Tutors and educational institutions retain complete ownership of all curriculum materials, worksheets, and presentations uploaded to the platform.
Subscribers are strictly prohibited from decompiling, reverse engineering, bypassing backend financial locks, intercepting WebRTC tokens, or attempting cross-tenant data access.

elTutors strictly prohibits revealing students' private phone numbers, home addresses, or emails within live classrooms, employing anonymous lesson-scoped identities (e.g. Student 01, Student 02).
elTutors utilizes essential cookies and local storage tokens to manage authenticated sessions, preserve language and currency preferences, and synchronize real-time classroom state.
All elTutors servers, network traffic, and WebRTC signaling endpoints are secured by Cloudflare Enterprise Infrastructure, providing end-to-end TLS encryption, intelligent Web Application Firewall (WAF), and automated DDoS mitigation.
Virtual classrooms facilitate real-time bidirectional streaming of audio (microphone), video (webcam), and screen captures among admitted participants. Entering a session implies consent to process these media streams solely for instructional purposes.
Classroom interactions utilize native WebRTC channels. Shared whiteboard strokes, uploaded lesson notes, and chat transcripts form an immutable part of the lesson record.

Instructors can check in 15 minutes before scheduled start time. Configurable agreement policies govern instructor late thresholds and student absence billing.
elTutors commits to commercial reasonable efforts to maintain 99.9% uptime for cloud services and virtual SFU media routing.
The platform is not liable for audio/video degradation caused by end-user bandwidth deficits or local hardware limitations.
This agreement is governed by applicable commercial intellectual property statutes. Amicable negotiation precedes formal commercial arbitration.
